Saint and Vanguard
My latest personal piece to date the Saint and Vanguard. It depicts another scene from my Veera/Fayla story occuring before the scene of Fairwell to Rosguard below in which after some 80 odd years of the kingdom being under siege the Crimson King's agents have finally discovered the whereabouts of Reighla of the Ravens. The red king sends Fayla along with a small contingent of men to rendezvous with Veera and the rest of the soldiers to hunt down and finally eradicate Reighla once and for all.

NPC Characters
It's been another great expanse of time since my last post. I have been keeping myself quite occupied. Codeword Davian, the original character tournament I am hosting on deviant art is progressing well and has just entered into its second round. Having a relatively small following Bwarchtor (the hosting account) tends to not achieve tournament friendly numbers of participants I.E. 8, 16, 32, etc. And as such we will often come across rounds containing an odd number contestants. In previous tournaments we use to simply set up a 3 way battle between contestants but this often proves irritating to the judges and exhausting to the contestants. Very few people in the past were really capable of successfully incorporating both enemy characters into their round entries. This time I've arranged that the odd-man out would essentially get a free pass this round to continue their character's stories as they wish. To provide some competition I created 3 NPC enemies from which the odd-man out could choose to combat in their entry. Their reference sheet formats aren't the best but I'm kind of proud of the characters themselves and figured I'd feature them.

Comic Jam
In the past few days I've gotten back in touch with my old highschool and buddy Mike Patten. We ran a webcomic (3creditcomics) together for a semester as an independent study during our last year at Raritan Valley CC. We let it fall into neglect after we separated during the past school year and we've been recently discussing about getting the whole project back on it's feet again when he comes to SVA this year. The following brief jam comic is a brief taste of the bizarre brand of humor that emerges when our ideas are allowed to interact.
Have a gander at his current webcomic Patten Pending

The Masquerade
It's been some time since I've properly updated this thing and lots of things have been happening.
I've picked up 2 jobs for the summer in order to put away a decent amount cash for the coming school year.
Outside of work I've been keeping myself busy with personal projects such as my Daniel epilogue comic which I will post once I have finished my latest chapter. I also am hosting a new original character tournament on the Bwarchtor D.A. account which will likely continue into January. In the mean time, a number of tournaments that I volunteered to draw prizes for have come to their conclusions so I have to get on those.
The piece I'm posting The Masquerade is a prize done for the winner of the Word of the Marshal original character tournament I hosted on Deviant Art several months ago. The tournament was set in a steampunk-esk setting and Torque ( (c) of Graniteclaws and Konradexius) beat out their 14 other competitors in the race to become the new grand marshal of the city of Orevia.
A rough sketch of the characters
Shrunk the characters and drew up the background (rough of the BG not included)
Coloring of the BG and some simple lighting effects.

Farewell To Rosguard
Not exactly brand new but this one of my more recent drawings I've made. It features Fayla Azaria, a prominent character in the world of Cirquin. Which I conceived and have been steadily developing since my entry into the Tower of Revival original character tournament on Deviant Art. You can view a larger copy of it on my DA account.
